Recommend for a quick stopover
Clean room, comfortable bed, with secure parking, made our arrival hassle-free and a friendly bar where we enjoyed a relaxing drink after exploring the nearby town.

Clean rooms stood out . The comfortable beds made it easy to relax after a long day. Parking availability was a relief, particularly since we drove to get around. Unfortunately, breakfast left much to be desired. The cooked options were cold and not worth the 12€ price tag. I wished there were tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, especially during mornings. A couple of small issues in the bathroom also affected my experience-only one toothbrush and no comb for three of us. The staff were friendly and helpful, but a few improvements could elevate the experience further.

It's meeting expectations. Functional hotel. Repetitive, but nice breakfast. Very clean rooms. Qualified and professional staff.
If you travel with children, make sure the extra bed they put in does not stay near the top of the bedside table, is made of glass, as it can be dangerous if the child moves around when sleeping or wakes up carelessly. There are few sockets in the room for charging electronics. fire alarm went off by mistake in the early hours of the morning, made us go down to reception and interrupt our rest; in the event of this type of incident they should automatically apply a discount, they didn't. minor detail, toaster at breakfast takes a very long time to toast the bread. It is far from the center of Madrid, close to Warner Park; be aware that the directions given by Google Maps to go by public transport to Madrid were incorrect: better ask at reception.

The location near the motorway is perfect if you are passing through, although the surroundings (it is in a polygon) are not pretty . I had no problem parking even though the hotel was full. The reception was very attentive both at the arrival and departure and during the stay. The staff that attended the breakfast was very professional
I was housed in a room connected to another room by a door that could be locked from both sides, and I was told that the other room would not have any guests. The problem was not that there was or was not a guest but that because of the noise of their snoring (spectacular) from three in the morning we could not sleep. There was a phone but no line to call the reception. The next day they gave us a thousand apologies but nothing more. The cleaning, possibly because it was a weekend and because it was a complete cleanup, did not meet the expectations I had had when reading the comments of other guests.

The hotel offers free on-site parking, a genuine plus for those traveling by car. Easy access to the motorway makes it easy to get around when you're not hanging out in the neighborhood.
The breakfast was a letdown-with multiple complaints about the limited selection and cold hot foods. The hotel is situated in an industrial zone with nearby dining options sparse, particularly on Sundays when most restaurants are closed, forcing guests to rely on fast food places. There were reports of noise issues due to poor sound insulation, disrupting the comfort of many guests.

Very good service overall and parking in front of the hotel. Relaxing and impeccably clean room available with twin beds, the bedroom, as example. Good choices for the breakfast...

The location was magnificent and particularly good, next to a taxi, and the friendly restaurant which has very well prepared dishes. It also was to tourist centre. The meals were outstanding.
The staff were disappointing, didn't expect that coming.

When booking there was no mention of the restaurant being closed on a Sunday. This placed a damper on the stay.
